I och med att du har torra längder kan du börja med en sort för slitet/skadat hår. När håret blir mer återfuktat och starkt kommer dina vågor få mer definition.Först vill jag bara säga att svett är vattenlösligt, det räcker med att skölja ur håret för att få bort det så du behöver inte tvätta med schampo efter varje träning. Du kan använda ditt tvätt- och ditt vårdande balsam samtidigt. Ha i det vårdande i längderna och tvätta sedan hårbotten med ditt tvättbalsam. Skölj sedan ur. På det sättet slipper du göra det två gånger och håret får lite tid på sig att ta upp det vårdande balsamet. Du väljer själv vad du vill ha för balsam, vad som passar beror lite på ditt hår och hur mycket vård det behöver. Du kan tvätta håret så ofta du vill med balsammetoden 🙂 Svett är ju vattenlösligt så det kan också räcka med att skölja ur håret, men det känner du bäst själv.

De flesta brukar använda två balsam eftersom topparna lätt blir torrare än hårbotten, oftast då ett tyngre mer vårdande balsam i längderna och ett tvättbalsam i hårbotten. I detta inlägg har du massor av tips på godkända balsam att använda, en hel del går att hitta i dagligvaruhandeln.Jag hade testat till exempel TRESémmes Naturals balsam som tvättbalsam och något ”mellandyrt” som vårdande, typ Burt’s Bees eller Naked Bodycare (finns på apotek). Välj en sort för volym eller glans. Behöver håret mer fukt kan du köra på en sort för slitet/skadat hår eller testa att använda inpackning.

Conditioner = balsam på engelska. Det är lite svårt att göra en lista på vårdande balsam, då alla balsam är mer eller mindre vårdande. Dock kan man säga att ju dyrare balsam desto mer vårdande är de, oftast iallafall! Balsamen du köper på ICA är rena tvättbalsam. Det beror ju lite på ens hår hur vårdande balsam man behöver, har man ett väldigt tunt och fint hår kan det bli nertyngt om balsamet är för vårdande. Man får testa sig fram för att hitta det bästa för sitt hår.Skulle gissa att det är vårdande men det beror på ditt hår. Sen är det mer ekonomiskt att använda ett billigare alternativ som tvättbalsam då det går åt en del 😉 Ingredienser: aqua . cetearyl alcohol. behentrimonium chloride. isopropyl myris tate. panthenol. hydrolyzed keratin. ubiquinone. citric acid. phenoxyethanol. stearamidopropyl dimethylamine. parfum. glyceryl stearate. sodium methylparaben. polyquaternium-37. glycerin. dicaprylyl carbonate. linalool. citronellol. lauryl glucoside. Mitt hår känns inte riktigt rent (hur noga jag än är) och blir väldigt platt. Har använt coops egna balsam och ett godkänt från Naturelle som tvättbalsam, och garnier inpackning i topparna. Finns det något godkännt balsam som inte tynger ner håret så mycket?

Visst funkar det mot fett hår 🙂 Mitt hår var likadant förut, jag var tvungen att tvätta det varenda dag för det blev så fett. Nu tvättar jag håret max var 3:e dag. I början får man fortsätta tvätta håret varje dag med balsammetoden, men man kan snabbt trappa ner och håret håller sig fint ändå. Lycka till!

Jag har börjat med balsammetoden, framför allt för att håret började bli torrt och frizzigt. Men nu känns mitt hår fett istället. Använder ett lättare balsam från mataffären och gnuggar och sköljer. Kan det bero på balsamet eller gör jag något generalfel.

Billigt balsam utan parfym hittade jag på apoteket, men jag skulle vilja ha ett tyngre, vårdande balsam utan parfym som kan användas till balsammetoden. Några förslag?

Det var sulfater i så jag tänkte att det borde lösa sig ändå. Vad är din tanke om det?

Ang dina andra två frågor så tror jag det är enklare om du kikar i listorna 🙂 Stylingprodukterna är inte helt lätta att kategorisera upp. Många frisörprodukter innehåller värmeskydd trots att det är en mousse till exempel. Listorna är tänkta att vara sökbara efter märke vilket iallafall jag har tyckt varit enklast, men ska se om det kan struktureras upp på något annat sätt.
